Use the flour recipe from this pin: www.pinterest.com… I patted my wings dry, coated them once in the flour mixture & let sit for 20 min. Then coat them a 2nd time (after adding a couple TBL of corn starch) & let sit for another 20 min. Fry first time at lowest setting for 14 minutes (let cool while doing the rest) then up the temp to 375 & fry for 6 min. Toss in Frank’s hot sauce & butter mixture and serve. crispy, juicy, PERFECTION.
