Soo enjoyed coming home and cooking one of my fav big dinners last night. I was worried about going away for 4 days and not being able to track my macros and this close to the wedding losing control. But thankfully my reverse dieting and new keto lifestyle has really paid off. Came home and managed to have maintained the same weight as when I left. Which is unheard of for me in the past. I easily fluctuate after a big food day. The rules I made myself for my trip was to choose keto options whenever I can and eat when I’m hungry and till I’m full but not so I hate myself. I managed to keep my food fairly keto every day with high fats protein and greens and had one day where I had a big carb up. Drank spirits with either lime and soda or Diet Coke. Or wine. Since going keto my sugar cravings have reduced so much and where I used to be fighting my cravings EVERY single day around 2pm they now show up maybe every 3-4 days and that’s when I’ll do a carb up.
